If a parent needs to drop something off for their child, they will use the buzzer system at Door 1 and announce the name of the student and what they are bringing for the child. They will be buzzed in to enter the foyer area. Visitors will place and label the student's name on the items. The item will be left on the table in the foyer. Office staff will call students down to retrieve their items from the foyer.

If a parent is dropping off medication, they will announce that to the secretary using the buzzer system, and the nurse or administrator will meet them in the foyer.

Parents/Guardians needing to meet with an administrator, teacher or guidance counselor must schedule the meeting in advance. Use of phone or video conferencing will be encouraged.
